Stafford Estates HOA Board Members are neighborhood volunteers that help keep our neighborhood looking great and staying active. An all-volunteer board makes decisions from the perspective of a team of homeowners and also allows our dues to remain much lower than most other HOAs in the area. 

Please contact anyone on the board if you have any questions or concerns about our community.  If you would like to volunteer for a future Board position, please contact a current Board member or email [email protected].  Support your HOA by voicing your opinions to the Board, attending social events and the annual neighborhood meeting, and voting.

**For resale certificates, please contact the treasurer via email and copy the secretary on your request.  Resale certificates cost $275 and amendments cost $75.
